Where
Hawaii is the number one destination on my holiday bucket list! Made up of many islands, six of which are open to the public and tourism – Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai, Maui and Hawaii Island. Out of all the islands, the one that fascinates me the most is Maui.
Why
I think my obsession with this wonderful place came about when I started following the teachings of the amazing Dr Wayne Dyer, who used to reside on the island. From the pictures I’ve seen, Maui just looks so magical and inviting. I just want to be there to experience the vibe of the island, the relaxed culture and the happy go lucky lifestyle.
What
What will I do in such a fabulous place? Well apart from living the beach life, I want to see the sunrises and sunsets on a daily basis, because the images I’ve seen have just been breathtaking so just imagine what it would be like to actually experience it. I’m not a water sports kinda gal (as I can’t swim) so I won’t want to go snorkelling or anything but I’d love to hike, discover volcanos and waterfalls and experience all the natural beauty that Maui has to offer.
When
I’d go right now if I could! I think this may be the most perfect honeymoon destination. I’ve read that the best time to visit Maui for the best weather is April, May, September, October and November.
